9 "Must-Have's" To Be An Effective Worship Leader

I'm certainly not saying that these are the only things that determine whether you are a good worship leader or not, but this is a great list. (from Bob Sorge)

1.) Must be a worshipper
2.) Must have a deep, spiritual walk with Christ
3.) Must be familiar with your church's style of worship
4.) Must be musically inclined to an acceptable level
5.) Must have a good reputation with the fellowship
6.) Must be able to function as a part of a team
7.) Must have a positive attitude towards the church
8.) Must be willing to commit himself to this position
9.) Must have an enthusiastic, warm personality
