Distractions

I know that God wants to speak to me but...

     ... I have a FaceBook friend request

     ... I just found a Starbucks coupon

     ... the dog needs to take a walk...now

     ... the game is on

     ... my friends want to go out again tonight

     Distractions can come in all shapes and sizes. If your like me, then right as you go to pray or read your Word, a distraction rears it's ugly head. At the most crucial times in our walk towards Salvation, the enemy will attack the one thing that many people don't guard: their time. 

Time is of the essence. 

Time can't hold me down. 

I don't have time for this.

This time, things will be different. 

     As you can see, time is very important and Satan knows that. Anything he can do to separate you from the Lord Jesus Christ is another battle he's won.  So this week, try to watch what you do and when you do it so that nothing can interfere with your worship to the King!
