I've Got The Edge

Man, I thought today would never end. It was like all my classes were lasting forever. On the upside though, I got to lead worship tonight in Driven. It was awesome, and I believe that God showed up big time. Starting this month, were working on leading five songs each Wednesday, but we only did four tonight.

After Driven's service, the sanctuary band had practice for our District Revival this Thursday night until Sunday. And usually, this would be a good thing, however, It kinda stunk, because I had to rush-and yes, I mean rush-to get there. Considering that Driven ended a little later than usual, I had to set up my gear like very hastily, and therefore was all stressed out. Not a very productive state. However, Pangalangan totally is like the coolest person right now, because she stayed until practice was over, and then she left. Life is good.

Ah, yes, and in case you were wondering...the title of this post is actually referring to a guitar tone that I created tonight for one of the songs that we were playing. It has a U2 feel, which I totally dig. And the guitar player for U2's stage name is "The Edge", so "lol" on that one.
