Focus (The Question Pt II)

So today I finally answered the question. For those of you that have been following my blog at all, you should know about the question. I have talked quite a bit about how the question was first posed a while back and now it was rearing it's ugly head more and more often. If you haven't already guessed, the question was, "If you had to choose between leading worship in Children's ministry and Youth ministry, which one would you choose".

If you would have asked me this about three months ago, I wouldn't have been able to give you an answer, but know today I did, and it's not so much choosing as kind of majoring in one. I decided to put my all in youth ministry, and to sorta fade out of Children's ministry worship. It doesn't mean at all that I quit leading worship with them, I'm just focusing on one area, in order to get the best results.

This is by far the hardest lesson God has been showing me with my ministries, and so far, quite honestly...it sucks. I know, however, that it will all turn out alright, and Paul confirms it by saying "We know all things work together for good to those who love God". And let me tell you, I LOVE God. The whole reason I decided to finally choose is because I was sick of faking it, or just relying on talent, instead of fully trusting in God. And just FYI...that's not something you want to play with.
